 Hello~ I like Kimchi very much. So today I talk about Kimchi history and future.

As we know, Kimchi is one of the famous Korean foods. Kimchi’s history is very long. It’s history is about three thousand years. ‘Because vegetables don’t grow in the winter, for take in vegetables in the winter Kimchi is made’ this is the most famous theory. Although Kimchi’s history is long, Kimchi which includes red pepper that popular thesedays started at Joseun Dynasty. Kimchi is the necessary complement of Korea meal.


For notify this Kimchi, we consider appetite of citizens of the world. Because white persons don’t care for spicy foods, it must mix with western food. So thesedays Almost the world-famous foods are fusion food. So those movement began to show.


For example, Kimchi burger is the one of that movement. Hamburger is the one of typical and popular western food. In the hamburger, insert Kimchi. Then it can reduce white person’s repulsion. Actually Kimchi burger introduced by Lotteria. White persons are concerned about that.
And another example of fusion food is Kimchi taco. Taco is Mexico traditional food. And taco is world-famous food. Taco is similar to hamburger. But taco’s bread is unique. It’s name is ‘taco’. In this taco, insert crushed Kimchi with other materials. Actually this food made a splash from young American. Like this Kimchi also can become world-famous food enough. Because Kimchi is a healthy food, if some change is enacted, it well be done.

In the nearest future, there will be some generalized food like Kimchi-pasta and Kimchi-pizza which will proudly be exported world widely the world. For this dream comes true, we must do our best together. Let’s announce our proud traditional food ‘Kimchi’.
